Thank you for this 😭. I’m just starting my journey, and I have been struggling with depression and anxiety (I have been diagnosed with CPTSD). And physically it’s taken its toll throughout the last 10 years. I’ve been feeling guilty because I have had such low energy levels recently, that even the simplest self care routine has felt overwhelming. So thank you, I really needed to hear this. 🥺❤️
